At the time of your booking, we will ask for a valid credit card to hold the day(s) booked. Deposits can also be made by check, Venmo or Zelle payment. Our cancellation policy is as stated below:
• Cancellations made 10 to 15 days of the booked trip date will owe a cancellation fee of 25% of the trip cost for all trip(s) booked.
• Cancellations made between 5 to 10 days of the booked trip date will owe a cancellation fee of 50% of the trip cost for all trip(s) booked.
• Any trip cancelled within 5 days of the booked trip date will owe 100% of the trip cost for all trips(s) booked. We consider those last-minute cancellations and includes "No Shows" on the day of the trip.
Please note: Multiple days booked (4 or more) and group trips with 6 or more anglers will require a 50% deposit when booking. Cancellation details listed above do apply.
Taxes and fees will be excluded from the total amount owed for cancelled trips.
Guests can fill cancelled guide Trips by having friends, family or colleagues take their place to avoid paying part of or the full cancellation fee.

Full or remaining balances due for all guide fees, add-on participants, private land fees and taxes will be calculated and will be due at the end of the guide trip(s). Payment for guide fees will be confirmed and/or collected by the guide.
All trip details including dates, number of anglers, guide fees, payments, locations, lodging, meet time and place will be detailed on a separate booking sheet. A shared text message or email between the guest booking the trip and guide will be sent prior to the trip. An outfitter/client contract will be signed prior to the trip.
